Pregnancy is a perfect time to begin a yoga practice! Mamas-to-be will love how this practice connects you to your baby and prepares you {mind, body & soul} for childbirth.

Prenatal yoga is designed to prepare the expectant mother for labour and focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. This class is uniquely designed to help women adapt to the changes happening in her body during this period of time.

 

What to Expect

A gentle, fun and community orientated class that will give you the skills you need to adjust to the changes in your body during your pregnancy, labour and birth.

 

When Should You Start?

You may begin your prenatal yoga practice at any point in your pregnancy; however, if you are unsure, check in with your health care provider first. You do not need to have prior yoga experience; we have women of all levels in our prenatal yoga class.

  • Time: 10:30am -11:45am
  • Investment: $80+HST for 6-week session; $18+HST drop in.
